Procedure for ordering an item/service

You don’t need to register on the website to make an order, but after completing your transaction, a password will be sent to you automatically so that you can track your order and view your order history.

All payments are processed through the Bank’s authentication server and we accept the following methods of payment:

To make payment for your purchases you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank Russia where you’ll need to enter your card details. Please have your card ready. Connection with the payment gateway and information transfer is carried out in protected mode with the use of SSL cryptographic protocol.

If your bank supports secure internet payment technologies, such as Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may need to enter a special password to complete your payment. You can get more information on this from your card issuer.

This website supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the transferred personal information is provided by Sberbank Russia. The submitted information will not be transferred to third parties, except when required by RF law. Payments with bank cards are carried out strictly according to requirements by Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. payment systems.

Process of payment

If you choose to pay with a card, the payment for an order is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. Once you’ve made your selection, click the ‘Pay with bank card’ button, and the system will redirect you to the authentication server page where you will need to enter your card details and wait for card authorization. Following this, come back to our shop by pressing the ‘Return to the shop’ button. After you return to the shop the system will notify you of the result of the authorization. If the authorization is confirmed, your order will be automatically processed. If your card has not been authorized, you will be able to provide alternative payment options.
